Privacy Policy

TracSet (“we”, “us”) is a workout logging service operated by Corleh. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled when you use www.tracset.com and app.tracset.com.
What we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and profile details when you sign up — including via Google sign-in. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
- Workout data. The gyms, equipment, sets, reps, weights, notes, and goals you log in the app.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we keep only a reference to your Stripe customer record and subscription status.
- AI coach conversations. Messages you send to the in-app coach, along with relevant workout context, are sent to Anthropic's Claude models to generate responses.
How we use it
- To provide the service: logging, history, trends, and coaching.
- To manage your trial, subscription, and account.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
Where your data lives
We rely on a small number of processors to run TracSet:
- Neon — database hosting for your account and workout data.
- Clerk — authentication and session management.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Anthropic — AI responses for the in-app coach.
- Vercel — application hosting.
A copy of recent workout data is also cached in your browser's local storage so the app works offline.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (or ask us to), your account and workout data are removed from our systems. To request deletion, email tom@corleh.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in (set by Clerk). The marketing site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
TracSet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
