Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of TracSet, a workout logging service operated by Corleh(“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
TracSet lets you log workouts, review history and trends, and get AI-generated coaching suggestions. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person; don't share credentials.
Trial, billing & cancellation
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no payment method required.
- After the trial, continued use requires a subscription (currently $3/month, billed monthly via Stripe). Prices may change with notice.
- You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing page; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
Your workout data is yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Not medical advice
TracSet — including its AI coach — provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You train at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, scrape other users' data, or use the service for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using TracSet at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
